We perform drilling on all our limiters, all models. Drilling has to be indicated in the order at the time of ordering the clutch desired. The price does not change from one to three holes, considering the technical time and positioning of the machine, so if we purchase one or two limiters and need drilling we will indicate three, while for three or more limiters the price will be a unit cost per limiter. Drilling can be ordered by sending us the dimensions of the hole and spline, or by sending technical drawings. You can also use our intuitive alphanumerical codes, following the diagram below. Just enter the letters”FOR” and indicate the size of the limiter (even if the clutch is a model type LFSL with slippage signaler, or an LFCOR with crown, you only need to indicate the size of the limiter preceded by “LF”, so for LF5038Z22 or LFSL50 just indicate “LF50”), then the letter “F” and the diameter of the hole, for example 20mm, followed by the letters “CH” and the size of the spline, for example 6mm. To order drilling of the joint to the chain present in the LFG and LFGSI models, just replace the letters “LF” wiht the letters ”PIGN”, then enter the LFG size and follow the same procedure as explained above: F and the diameter of the hole, CH and the size of the spline. To order drilling of the LFG or LFG-SL models, you should then send us the drilling of the limiter hub and that of the joint or pinion.
