This safety interlock switch features a robust thermoplastic enclosure and a compact design, ensuring long-term durability and high holding force. It includes a manual release located on the side and a screw connection for secure installation. The switch is designed with a single cable entry, M20 x 1.5, accommodating cables with a cross-section of 0.25 mm² to 1.5 mm². It provides a latching force of 5 N and a positive break travel of 11 mm. The minimum positive break force per NC contact is 8.5 N, with a total minimum break force of 17 N.
Designed for efficient performance, it supports an actuating speed of up to 2 m/s and is mounted using two M5 screws. The device is double-insulated and includes protection against incorrect locking, making it suitable for various safety-critical applications. The screw terminals ensure reliable electrical connections and are compatible with standard conductor ferrules.
