The position sensor utilizes a non-contact inductive measurement technology known as NOVOPAD, enabling direct measurement for display or feedback purposes. Its robust and compact housing design ensures reliability in industrial applications.
Both ends of the push-rod interface with metal sliding bearings, allowing for high lateral forces on the rod tip. The articulated tip ensures backlash-free operation and lateral force resistance, even in cases of perpendicular or angular displacement between the sensor axis and the direction of movement.
Operating on a non-contact principle, the sensor is wear-resistant and requires no maintenance. It offers optimal reproducibility, resolution, and linearity. The LS1 sensors can be replaced without recalibration, and their measurement signal remains unaffected by magnetic fields.
