This DN25 ball valve with an EE63 drive is designed for precise control of inert gases and liquids. The valve features a stainless steel body (material code 1.4408) and uses PTFE seals with PTFE/FKM/graphite stem seals. It operates pneumatically with a single-acting mechanism and includes a spring return.
The valve’s body is constructed with a three-part screwed design and a full cylindrical bore, allowing for maintenance-free operation. It has a welding connection type per DIN3239. The actuator mounting is facilitated by a plate compliant with ISO 5211, which supports both direct and offset installation.
A twin-piston system within the actuator transfers force from counter-running pistons to a common pinion through two toothed racks, ensuring linear torque transmission throughout the valve’s stroke. The valve also includes a fire-safe certification, anti-static device, and meets AD approval standards, with TA-Luft approval currently being prepared.
