Die Überströmventile sind in drei Druckbereichen lieferbar. Nach Druckstufen abgestimmte Federn gewährleisten jeweils eine genaue Einstellung und hohe Wiederholgenauigkeit der eingestellten Ausgangsdrücke. Für spezielle Anwendungen kann das Überströmventil auch mit abgedichtetem Federraum ausgestattet werden. Hierbei sorgt ein zusätzliches Dichtsystem im Einschraubteil dafür, dass kein Medium in den Federraum gelangen kann. Durch die verschiedenen lieferbaren Anschlussarten ist eine leichte Einbindung der Überströmventile in Ihr Rohrsystem möglich, z.B.: Gewinde, Clamp- oder Flanschanschlüsse, Anschweißenden nach DIN 3239, DIN 11850-2 oder ISO 4200, Milchrohrverschraubungen und vieles mehr. Verringerung des Abblasedrucks:Drehen Sie die Einstellschraube solange gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, bis der gewünschte Abblasedruck erreicht ist. Mit der Kontermutter die Einstellschraube gegen Verdrehen sichern. GrößenbestimmungÜberströmventile müssen entsprechend der zu erwartenden Abblasemenge dimensioniert werden. Dabei sollte die Durchflussgeschwindigkeit bei Wasser 2m/s nicht überschritten werden. In der Praxis geht man von Werten zwischen 1 und 2m/s aus.
