The 5SSR24BX is a coded electronic safety switch designed to detect the opening of safety devices on hazardous machines. Utilizing the ACOTOM process, it ensures high-level safety by recognizing specific codes.
It features two normally open (NO) contacts and one normally closed (NC) contact for versatile switching. With a switching distance of 7mm (closing) and 10mm (opening), it accommodates slight misalignment with a hysteresis of +2mm / ±10mm. Powered by a 24V AC/DC supply, it operates with a current consumption of 45mA for DC and 50mA for AC.
Ideal for replacing mechanical safety switches, it offers high switching capacity and reliable performance in machine safety applications. It may have a code 133 or 233, depending on detection distance.
